This is an izakaya where you can enjoy chicken dishes and drinks, with a focus on yakitori made with locally raised chicken, freshly prepared every morning. The yakitori, made with fresh local chicken sourced daily, is carefully skewered one by one and grilled with rock salt or our homemade sauce, bringing out the rich flavor of the ingredients. In addition to our signature "Nakachan Tebagara," we also offer classic skewers like negimi and tsukune, making it a satisfying meal. We have a wide variety of plum wines, from sweet to dry, which pair perfectly with our yakitori. The interior, with its warm wooden ambiance, offers counter and table seating, making it suitable for a variety of occasions, from a casual drink to a meal with friends.
