To commemorate 800 days until Expo, the Doguyasuji Shopping Street will hold "Doguyasuji EXPO 2023".
On the day, there will be a workshop to make Ehomaki, a Setsubun bean-throwing event (bean distribution), and a calligraphy experience.
We have prepared a variety of events unique to Japan that can be enjoyed by people from overseas as well.
This year's lucky direction for Eho-maki is south-southeast.
By the way, Eho refers to the location of a deity called Toshi Tokujin.
In Japan, it is said that eating Ehōmaki while facing that direction brings "good luck."
Let's eat the Ehomaki we made at Douguya Suji EXPO and bring in lots of good fortune together for the EXPO!
